Frequently Asked Questions

Where will the lessons take place?

In the comfort of your home, at your convenience, or at the teacher's house. We teach 7 days a week and our teacher will arrange lessons based on your availability.

Do I need to purchase my own instrument before the first class?

You will need your own instrument before the first class, however you don't have to commit to purchasing an instrument straight away, you can start renting (it starts from as little as £20 a month depending on which instrument you choose) and then decide to purchase later on. If you prefer to purchase, we can advise you on which model you need, and where to purchase it from.

How much will lessons cost?

30 minutes – £20 per lesson
and £15 to the school once a month.

45 minutes – £28 per lesson
and £15 to the school once a month.

1 hour – £34 per lesson
and £15 to the school once a month.

If you have more than one person in the same household learning the same instrument with us, please ask us about our discounted family rates. We may apply a small travel fee when the teacher travels to your house.

How do I pay?

Payments for your lessons are made in cash on the day or bank transfer.

Do I have to commit to a number of classes?

No, you can have a first lesson and then you can decide whether you want to continue weekly. Completely up to you, you can stop your lessons at any point.

I cannot make a scheduled lesson, how do I cancel?

If something comes up and you cannot attend your lesson as planned, no problem! Just let us know at least 24 hours before the lesson and we can reschedule it at your convenience. We have a 24-hours cancellation policy, so if you don't let us know at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson you will still have to pay for the lesson. We pride ourselves in treating our teachers fairly, and we please ask you to do the same.
